An annual day for thousands, run like clockwork

When the audience is the whole company, every person has to feel looked after, and none of the planning can show.

We built the run of show, handled production and entertainment, and kept the crowd moving from arrival to finale. Catering, seating, stage time and transitions were all timed so the day flowed without a visible seam.
